It depends on where the property sits: the towns of Huntsville, Bracebridge, and Gravenhurst, or the townships of Muskoka Lakes, Lake of Bays, Georgian Bay, and Severn. Shoreline and septic work can also involve the District of Muskoka and provincial approvals. We confirm the authority before quoting.
We regularly work in the Parry Sound area and along the Georgian Bay shoreline. If you are further out, ask us anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
