Common questions.

Can you renovate without closing the store?+

For most refreshes yes. We use temporary partitions, work overnight and Mondays, and stage materials off-site. Full gut renos usually require a 5 to 10 day closure we schedule into your slowest week.

Do you work to corporate brand standards?+

Yes. We've executed multi-location rollouts to brand-standards manuals from national retailers and franchisors. Sample sign-off is built into our process.

Can you handle signage and lighting permits with the municipality?+

We pull signage and tenant-improvement permits with the Town of Huntsville, Town of Bracebridge, Township of Muskoka Lakes, and District of Muskoka.

Do you self-deliver multi-site rollouts?+

Yes. Single project manager across all sites, standardized build kits, and shared punch-list system so location 12 opens with the same quality as location 1.
