Gift cards are issued once the client's deposit clears. On larger tiers the reward is issued at project completion. Work credits are opened as soon as the project is signed and the deposit is received.
Yes. Realtors and property managers can take either the gift card or the work credit, and the credit can be used on their own home or on a property they own.
18 months from the day it is issued. One credit per project, and each tier has a minimum project size so the credit works as a real discount rather than a free job.
There is no cap. Every signed project earns its own reward, and each one is tracked separately in your partner dashboard.
No. A link makes tracking automatic, but a phone call or an email with their name works just as well. Tell us who sent them and we will tag it.
Someone who is new to us and signs a project of $2,500 or more. Quotes alone do not qualify, and the referral has to come in before they contact us on their own.
