Commissioning binder, as-built drawings, training for your facilities team, and 2-year workmanship warranty.

Are you a registered general contractor for commercial work in Ontario?+

Yes. We hold WSIB clearance, $5M commercial general liability, and act as the prime contractor under the OHSA for projects we manage. We're a registered vendor with the District of Muskoka.

Can you work nights and weekends to keep our operation running?+

Routinely. About 40% of our commercial fit-outs are completed on second-shift or weekend schedules with our own crews, not subcontractors.

Do you self-perform or sub everything out?+

We self-perform carpentry, drywall, finishes, and general framing. We use vetted local subs for mechanical, electrical, and roofing under our supervision with single-source accountability.

How do you handle change orders?+

Written change-order log, owner sign-off before work proceeds, and a 10% contingency built into every contract. No surprise invoices at closeout.
