Yes. Bala is part of the Township of Muskoka Lakes and has a year-round core, so we run interior work through the winter and exterior work through the build season.
Which lakes do you cover from Bala?+

Who issues the permit for a Bala project?+
The Township of Muskoka Lakes building department, with District of Muskoka review for septic and certain shoreline work. We prepare the submission and manage inspections.

Yes, that is a big part of our Bala work: indoor and outdoor fireplaces, stone patios, retaining walls, pizza ovens, and outdoor kitchens designed for the shoulder seasons, not just July.
