Spa-style ensuites with tile, stone, and natural light.
Bathrooms are where a Muskoka renovation pays back daily. We build ensuites, powder rooms, and bunkie washrooms with full waterproofing and finishes that handle real cottage use.
In Severn Bridge that work looks specific. Severn Bridge anchors the southern edge of Muskoka along the Severn River and Sparrow Lake. A growing year-round community with active renovation demand.
Practically, it means we scope bathroom renovations around Sparrow Lake, Severn River access, the shoreline setbacks that apply to your lot, and a build window that fits the season. Permits and inspections go through the Township of Gravenhurst building department, and we file them as part of the contract rather than leaving the paperwork with you.
Full Schluter or Kerdi membranes on every wet wall and floor, sloped pre-pans, banded transitions, and pressure-tested before tile. Failures we get called to inspect are almost always membrane shortcuts.
Heated tile floors, towel warmers, sealed exterior penetrations, and freeze-protected plumbing so the bathroom is comfortable in May and protected in January.
Natural stone honed and sealed, large-format porcelain layouts dry-fit before set, and grout color sampled on a panel before the wall ever sees mortar.
Freestanding tubs and frameless shower glass placed for the view, with sightline studies before plumbing rough-ins are committed.

Yes. Severn Bridge is inside our regular service area and we run bathroom renovations projects on Sparrow Lake and Severn River through the season. We are based in Muskoka, so site visits, warranty callbacks, and supplier runs do not carry travel surcharges from out of district.
Structural work, additions, most decks, shoreline structures, and new plumbing or electrical need a permit from the Township of Gravenhurst building department. Cosmetic finishes usually do not. We confirm the requirement during the site visit and handle the application, drawings, and inspection scheduling under the same contract.

Send us the project details and we book a site walk in Severn Bridge, take measurements and photos, then send a fixed-price written proposal with the scope, allowances, and payment schedule laid out line by line. There is no charge for the visit or the quote.
