Year-round. Huntsville has a strong four-season community, and we run interior renovations and new-build framing through the winter with the right protection in place. Only certain exterior masonry and concrete pours get seasonal scheduling.
Which lakes around Huntsville do you work on?+
Peninsula Lake, Fairy Lake, Mary Lake, Vernon Lake, and the north end of Lake of Bays, including properties out toward Hidden Valley and the Algonquin Park corridor.
Who issues building permits in Huntsville?+
The Town of Huntsville building department. Shoreline structures, septic changes, and anything near the water can also involve the District of Muskoka and provincial approvals. We manage those applications and the inspection schedule for you.
Can you convert a seasonal cottage into a four-season home?+
That is one of our most common Huntsville projects. It usually involves insulation and vapour control upgrades, heated water lines or a rerouted service, HVAC, foundation or crawlspace work, and window replacement. We scope it as one project so nothing gets missed halfway through.
How far out are you booking?+
Larger builds are typically booked several months ahead, while smaller renovations can often start sooner. Book a site visit early and we will tell you honestly where you would fall on the calendar.
